He underwent Mohs surgery and was left with a significant defect with loss of the majority of the left nostril including the underlying cartilage. Dr. Yeh performed this challenging Nasal reconstruction with an ear cartilage graft and an interpolated cheek skin flap to restore the nose to a normal appearance.
