He did not desire a dramatic change which would significantly alter his appearance or feminize his face. His exam showed a nose that was deviated to the left, a nasal tip that was in a slightly hanging down position, and a dorsal hump. Dr. Yeh performed a Rhinoplasty surgery which helped improve the nasal breathing, straightened the nose, slightly elevated the nasal tip, and reduced the dorsal hump. The result is a nasal contour that better blends in with the face.
